Karl Hallberg Obituary

Karl Eldon Hallberg, beloved husband, Dad and Gramps.

Eldon passed away on Christmas morning.

He is survived by his loving wife and caregiver, Mary; beloved children: Lee of Edmonton, AB and Elizabeth (John) of Vancouver, B.C.; his adored grandchildren: Mariel, Martin Eldon, Robert and Thomas; two spoiled felines, Nymeria and Ms. Moo Berries.

Most of Eldon’s working life was in the finance and mortgage fields. He was one of the founders of AMBA. Eldon’s career ended after ten years with the CIBC as financial consultant and retirement specialist at which time he retired.

Mary and the family would like to thank the staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital for their kindness and compassion in caring for Eldon. Many thanks also to Dr. D. Otto and Dr. Clarke.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Albert Inn, Heritage Room, 156 St. Albert Trail, St. Albert, AB. Anyone who so wishes may make a memorial donation directly to their charity of choice.
