Blayne is survived by his "Mama Bear" Loretta; Dad, Robert (Patricia); brothers: Shawn, Parry, William (Angel), John, Ian and Kristopher;  sisters:  Blanche  (Marty) Noella, Pam, Roxanne (Allan), Amanda, Kim (Kevin) & Alyssa; as well as numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved deeply. A special mention to Shalayne Petawaysin.

Blayne also had many friends and family whom he called "Brothers and Sisters" .

Also left to mourn are many Aunts, Uncles and cousins

Our  hearts  are  shattered  knowing Creator called you home. You are now with your Mooshums & Kohkums and we know you are now safely in their arms.  We remember you and we are reminded that compassion, love & understanding are the qualities that we admired about you. Creator has another purpose for you. We will remember your  positive spirit, your jokes, your laughter & your warm loving smile always.

We love you and miss you deeply and we will "Keep on Keeping on".
