Camille Marvin Kootenay

It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Camille Marvin Kootenay on September 28, 2025 at the age of 55.

Camille will be sadly missed by his dad Camille J. Kootenay, children: Tyler Thom, Jaylin Jensen (Chance), and Aiden Jensen; his brothers: Clayton (Jody), Conway (Stacey), and Chris (Lisa); uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, friends, and especially his Akita friends.

He was predeceased by his mom Shirley; grandparents: William, Nancy, Mary Louise, and Leo.

A Wake will take place on Friday, October 3rd, 2025 starting at 4:00pm at Kipohtakaw Education Centre in Alexander, Alberta. 

A Traditional Service led by Fred Campion will take place on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at 10:30am at Kipohtakaw Education Centre. 

Interment to take place at Alexander Cemetery in Alexander, Alberta.
