Colin Kirk (Morning Star Singer) Lafleche

The family of Colin Kirk Lafleche are saddened to announce his passing on July 6, 2025 at the age of 41 years.

Colin is survived by his children: Angeline (Philly), Panda, ECEE, and Colin Jr. (CJ); Mom, Mona; his sister, Cheyanne (Colton) and Calista; his brothers: Alston, Donavin, Derien, Ryan, Brett and Jay; Kokum Amy; Moshums: Leslie, August, and Nick; Aunties: Carmen, Lynn, and Cindy; Uncles, Darren and Ian; Nieces and Nephews: Shania (Blake); Chancey; Abby; Aleah; Pay (Junie), Linden, and Jubilee; Grandsons, Kaison and Xavier; and numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.

He is predeceased by his Dad, Kirk; his brothers, Dean and Simon; Maternal Grandfather Clarence; Paternal Grandparents, George and Lena; Uncles, Harley and Glen; and Chapon Justine.

The family would like to thank the community for their kindness, love, and caring in our time of sorrow. May the Creator bless you and your families and home fires with many good, kind blessings. 

A Wake will be taking place on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 4:00p.m. in Alexander Community Centre in Alexander, Alberta.

A Traditional Service will be taking place on Friday, July 18, 2025 at Alexander Community Centre in Alexander, Alberta.
