Obituary
With loving remembrance and saddened hearts, the family of Gene Koenig of Westlock, AB formerly of Jarvie, AB announces her passing on September 13, 2022 at the age of 93 years (two weeks shy of her 94th birthday).
Gene is survived by her loving children: Pat, Colleen (Rico), Shirley (Byron), Lawrence (Charlotte), Leonard (Kelley), Raymond (Charlene), Loretta; grandchildren: Diana (James), Melissa (Jeff), Ryan (Kaitlyn), Caroline (Paul), Sean (Kevin), Sarah (Marcel), Amber (Luke), Nathan (Jessica), Chad (Rhea), Brendon, Neka, Stacey (Bill), Rae-anna (Curtis), Sammi (Darren), Natalee (Brendan), Spencer (Amelia), Austin,; as well as many great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Pius and grandson Dwight.
A Funeral Mass will be held on October 1, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary of Assumption Church, 10020-100 Ave., Westlock, AB with interment to follow at Jarvie Catholic Cemetery.
