It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jodi Lee Frank, born January 3rd, 1971, and died September 30th, 2020, at 49 years old, after complications from her second heart surgery.
She is survived by her daughters Jennifer and Chelsea; mother, Debbie; stepfather, Stan; three brothers: Greg, James (Sandra) and Matthew (Sylvia); grandson, Chase; ex-husband Shayne as well as other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Greg Frank; father, Ron Semenchuk; paternal grandparents, Ann & Peter Semenchuk; maternal grandparents, Mary & Bert Filwok.
