Joe Melzer

With loving remembrance, the family of Mr. Joe Melzer of St. Albert, AB formerly of Flatbush, AB announce his passing on November 19, 2023 at the age of 98 years.

Joe is survived by his wife Ilse of 70 years; children: Dedi (Sandra), Heike, Joanne, Dirk, Mark (Sandy), Shelley (Rob) and Jody (Raymond); seventeen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren; two sisters: Lorna and Bertha (Fred); as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his son, Buddy in 1979; son in law, Doug in 2017; siblings: Kurt, Lottie, Hans, Ernnest and Fred.

No funeral service will be held as per Dad’s wishes.
