Lorraine Matheway Obituary

It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of our beloved Lorraine at the age of 76 years. Lorraine passed away peacefully at the Barrhead Healthcare Centre bringing her long battle with cancer to an end.

Lorraine is survived by her husband Jim; step-daughter Sandra (Sandy) of Hinton, AB; step-son Donny of Edson, AB; grandson, Kelly of Mayerthorpe, AB; one sister, Sharon of Flatbush, AB; one brother, Trevor of Flatbush, AB; as well as many nieces, nephews, good friends and other relatives.

She was predeceased by her parents, Reg and Darlene; one daughter, Sherrylee; one son Jody; one brother Charlie.

Lorraine will always be remembered as a woman who had a great zest for life and love helping others. Her unconditional love, generosity and laughter will be cherished forever by those whose lives she touched. Cremation has take place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
