Melanie May Hough

The family of Melanie May Hough are saddened to announce her passing on May 29, 2026 at the age of 51 years.

Melanie is survived by her husband, James; her children: Brittany, Jordan (Melissa), Charmaine, Colton, Danika, and Joshua; her mother, Aurelia; mother-in-law, Ladell Sawchuk; her brother, Myles Dion; her sister, Pamela; paternal aunt, Betty (Peter) and family; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles, friends and relatives.

She was predeceased by her father, Earl Hough; paternal grandparents, Pat and Dora Auigbelle; and maternal grandparents, Clifford and Alice.

A Wake will take place on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 4:00pm at Alexander Hall in Alexander, Alberta.

A Funeral Service is to take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 11:00am at Alexander Hall with burial to follow in Alexander Cemetery, Alexander, Alberta.
