Rosie Flores Javier, a long-time resident of Edmonton, died Monday the 18th of January. Rosie was born in 1942 in Cavinti, Laguna, Philippines, she was an elementary school teacher in the Philippines and a nursing attendant in Edmonton. She loved plants, cooking, shopping, watching game shows, and most of all taking care of her family. She was a woman who said little but loved big. Her amazing smile and beautiful, expressive eyes could fill your heart with joy.
Rosie is survived by her loving family: her husband, Romie Javier; children: Ritchelle and Reynard Javier, all of whom live in Alberta, and continued to love and care for her in her later years.
A Family service was held, with cremation following.
